Our experienced Legal Nurse Consultants work behind-the-scenes or can serve as testifying experts, helping the plaintiff or defense attorney respond to complex damages at a fraction of the cost charged by some medical professionals.

Here are some examples of how our Legal Nurse Consultants can support the development of a case:

• Review medical records to identify deviations in standards of care.
• Organize and summarize medical records, and develop cohesive, concise reports.
• Identify causation issues, assess the extent of damages/injuries and identify contributing factors.
• Provide initial case screenings to assist in determining case merits.
• Develop chronology of the medical events in a case.
• Research and review complex issues, medical data and literature
• Testify as an expert witness, or locate expert witnesses.
